You don’t have to be clean when you get here, but after your first meeting we suggest that you keep coming back and come back clean. Instead of picking up that first drug, we do the following:
• Don’t use, no matter what
• Go to an NA meeting
• Ask your Higher Power to keep you clean today
• Call your sponsor
• Read NA literature
• Use phone numbers collected at meetings
• Work the Twelve Steps of NA with your sponsor
